Policy by Service Type

Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service you have purchased
 

  • 2.1. One-Time Project Fees (e.g., AI Kickstarter, Foundational AI Readiness)

    • Upfront Deposits: Any upfront deposit (typically 50% of the project fee) is non-refundable. This deposit covers the initial discovery, strategic planning, and allocation of our team's resources.
       

    • Cancellations: If you choose to cancel a project before its completion, a partial refund for the uncompleted portion of the work may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The amount will be calculated based on the hours and resources already expended.
       

    • Completed Projects: Once a project is completed and the final deliverables (e.g., reports, dashboards, strategic plans) have been sent, no refunds will be issued.

  • 2.2. Monthly Retainer Services (e.g., AI-Driven Performance)
     

    • Monthly retainer fees are for the reservation of our expert team and resources for a specific month.
       

    • Fees for months where services have already been rendered are non-refundable.
       

    • You may cancel your monthly retainer according to the notice period specified in your service agreement (typically 30 days). You will be responsible for the final month's payment, and no refunds will be provided for that period.
       

  • 2.3. Value-Based Partnerships (e.g., Strategic Growth Partnership)
     

    • These engagements are governed by a custom contract with specific terms regarding payment and performance. Due to their nature, where fees are tied to results (e.g., performance bonuses or revenue share), the concept of a refund is generally not applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that any third-party costs incurred on your behalf, such as advertising spend, software licenses, or stock photography, are strictly non-refundable.
